I have received below offers 1. Infosys - 150k + 10k bonus + variable incentive 2. TCS - 145k + annual variable incentive 3. CTS - 140k 4. Informatica- 165k + 10k bonus no stock 5. Walmart - 150k + 25k annual stock + 50k sign on bonus + 16% annual cash 6. Workday - 160k + 100k stock 7. Credit Sesame - 170k + some stock on strike price as company is not public yet 8. How can infosys and TCS pays you this much when peanuts are paid by same company in India ?
They are paying 30L + in India for 10+ YOE. Things are changed now mate.

10 YOE location Bay Area
If you can get INTU to match other base pay - go for Intuit. If not - Walmart.
Location? Without location- difficult to tell which is good
Bay Area.. remote until pandemic
SWE? none of them particularly stand out. i would choose the company that you vibed with the most during the interview process and has the best culture (kind and smart people, wlb, interesting work, career growth, etc)
