Current TC: 350k, IC5, 10 YOE
Got an offer from Google X:
Level: L5
Base: 190k
Stock: 350k (33%, 33%, 22%, 12%)
Bonus: 15%
Signon: 0
TC per year: 334k, 334k, 295k, 260k
Told recruiter that is very low and to get back with a better offer.
New offer:
Level: L5
Base: 190k
Stock: 440k (33%, 33%, 22%, 12%)
Bonus: 15%
Signon: 20k
TC per year: 383k, 363k, 315k, 271k
The recruiter said this is the final offer.
I do not have any other offers.
The opportunity at Google X is great but I am not sure how I can negotiate further. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!

They might counter or they might not. If they don’t, you still have your 350k tc. Honestly for 30k more, not worth going to Google.
I took 360k average for L5 but I was making 220k. I really wanted to say No and see if they would counter since I believed they would but 140k per year for maybe 40k more per year was too big of a gamble for me. I wanted 400k, lol. I had no other offer as well.
Also, my offer was a few years back and salary has gone up 10-20% since.
Unless you are planning to interview more dont expect to negotiate much..
