I'm planning to apply for Spotify in Stockholm, my top Data Science choice in Europe. Is it possible to use offers from London or other European cities for negotiation or should I apply for a bunch of roles in Sweden (limited options)?
What country do you actually want to move to? They all would pay differently and are not comparable against each other
From my experience, it's really difficult to use other country offers to negotiate. You can always try, but they can always throw back at you "this market is different" and refuse to budge. You need multiple competing offers where the company doesn't want to lose you to another local company

Where're you moving from?
Germany
My advice - re-think going to Sweden. It's very hard to make friends there (I am telling you this as a fellow German). London, on the other hand, is a great place to be (Brexit or not)
