Got a verbal offer from Oracle HQ in California. Recruiter is asking what are my salary expectations. She is insisting on me giving the numbers first.
I have never negotiated before. I’m a new grad with Master’s degree. I have other offers but not in the bay area.
Upcoming interviews: Amazon, Bloomberg
Would appreciate any input/advise/tips

The only room for negotiation I have found comes from having a discussion with the manager that is bringing you in. This usually requires significant experience and/or direct impact of your skills in the role.
What's your deadline to respond? Hopefully a week out or something.
You take what you're given unless you're accomplished in open source or an Ivy League grad. I smell a recession coming - and many of my conservative finance folks in the conservative investing company I work for ... echo my sentiment. It's a very cold time of year, friend. We've already had some layoffs and there's more talk of fat-trimming.
Or you can highball and hope for the best. Check levels.fyi for new grads in your area. Test your luck.
