That’s a good offer, what role?

Updated the description. This is for a se role

I got a similar offer. Only my base is slightly lower. Looks like this is an standard offer. Are you gonna try to negotiate?

Google FreddyFox Nov 10, 2017

Do you have a counter offer to negotiate? Your total comp comes out to be 196k. You can try pushing it to 220k. Also the signon can be negotiated.

Yahoo Y6w() OP Nov 10, 2017

I have offer from lyft for which the total comp is around 235k but its mostly pre ipo rsu’s. I have told the recruiter about it and he said he will talk to comp team. Also i have amazon offer but they are too slow in moving forward , haven’t given the numbers yet.

220 is median/high for L4 ?

Bay area ?

Yes

Google lifestyle Nov 10, 2017

RSUs appear less

Facebook sweng Nov 10, 2017

Yes I suggest aim for 400k in rsu

Pure Storage oiuytr Nov 10, 2017

Yeah, you should definitely push up on the RSUs. I have 4 years of experience and was just looking to see what was out there. Google and Apple both offered 400k in RSUs over 4 years.

Apple pch053 Nov 10, 2017

400K RSU from Apple with 4 years experience (I am assuming it’s a ICT3 offer); that’s definitely a lot on the higher side.

Google defaultee Nov 10, 2017

Im l3 and i got sinilar offer at google. RSUs can be a lot higher

Google lifestyle Nov 10, 2017

May be Neat has a different compensation structure than Google. Not sure on that part though.

Google Teelow Nov 10, 2017

It should be similar, I️ hear they’re merging the recruiting platforms?
