Netflix - not getting recruiter call
Got calls from FAANG but not from netflix. Does Netflix only hire from FAANG or other top companies? YOE-13 looking for ios roles. Keeping N per comments :)
Got referred and it still took a month to contact me. Then got rejected after recruiter call 🤷♀️ guess I’m not senior enough. Have offers from Facebook, Apple. Google is in onsite phase. Didn’t apply to Amazon. Netflix is picky...
No, I’ve gotten calls from Netflix while at a regular company You can also just reach out yourself- look for Netflix recruiters or eng managers on LinkedIn, some even have “hiring” in their name, title Even using the line “I’m interviewing at FAAG, and would like to consider N”
So when you contact them , you mention you are interviewing at other fang companies ? What if you have offer from fang , should one mention that ?

Managers see your resume. If they’re interested, you would get a call.
We hire from everywhere, you might just have to work on your resume/LinkedIn.
