Netflix Chances
What is the chance of getting an interview call from Netflix at current stage? I have heard they only consider 5 YOE or further. Currently at MSFT 2 years. Total YOE: 3.75 Masters' Degree #netflix #netflixhiring

Seemed pretty easy - I submitted my resume and a recruiter reached out to me a week later. Told me she'd schedule a phone screen, then cancelled due to a misunderstanding regarding my visa situation.
I tried applying online. Unfortunately, no luck. So thinking of confirming before proceeding to ask referrals.

I think the key is that your resume needs to convey that you own your shit. Don't be another "engineer in the marketing team" - be the person who drives amazing things.
I hope you are more articulate on your resume. Otherwise I've bad news for you.

If you are looking to know if a recruiter why's find your resume interesting, we would need to know what's on it. Specifically tools, tech, languages, college etc etc. 2 years at MS might not cut it for Netflix. Just my opinion.
