Does Netflix only hire product managers from video streaming background? I rarely see any product manager openings in their Bay area office. @netflix @productmanagement

Depends on the team. Platform is trying to hire PM's. So they obviously aren't looking for streaming background.

Netflix realized PMs are useless. They’re a very lean company
Then what roles are there besides EMs? I doubt that EMs operate on the business side.
Except when you see a team not delivering anything concrete until a PM jumps in to set goals and objectives.
