Netflix UX onsite interview

Hey! I had a 2 hour design session, the first half an hour was working with the PM to explore the problem. Netflix in general hires specific to the team, so I would suggest you to study the product you are interviewing for in and out as your design challenge would be specific to the role. After 30mins of working with the PM, I had 45 mins to work on solutions by myself, and then 45 mins to present the solutions with the PM and engineers. I had prepared a template deck, so it was easier for me to follow a framework -- users, goals, painpoints, solution 1: pros and cons, solution 2: pros and cons etc. The engineers also wanted to see how collaborative I was so asked me some edge case questions on my solutions, example: "if we fail to receive data, what happens at this stage" Hope this helps, good luck!!
