Netflix comp structure ?

Can someone shed the light on salary structure for Netflix ? I know they are a lot more cash heavy (and have zero or minimal RSUs).

What does the typical split between Base + Bonus (and what is the frequency for it) + yearly RSUs + signing bonus + anything else looks like. Also, does the split change with seniority of your role ?

I am primarily asking for Engineering related roles, but feel free to comment about others too.
