I have a phone interview scheduled with an HM at Netflix this Friday. The recruiter informed that it will be "technically deep conversation about my background, culture fit etc." And that this interview will not include coding. I am curious: 1. What is Netflix's interview like for Sr. Software Engineer? 2. What should I expect and what is expected from me throughout the process? 3. Do we any specific area which I need to prepare with more importance? Interestingly, I didn't find any questions on Leetcode tagged for Netflix. Anyway, any suggestion would be really appreciated. Thanks!

It's usually around projects you've worked on. Technical conversations about the project that you pick. And occasional questions on why/how about the project. Why this vs that approach kind of questions. Throughout the process, expect more focus on culture/behavioral fit. Also go through their culture deck. This is what happened with me anyway. Good luck.
Thanks! This is insightful.
