We have good resources on how interview questions are asked at FB, Google, Amazon etc but there is not much info on how the interviews are conducted at Netflix. Can some share recent experiences. What kind of take home coding tests did you receive and your onsite interview experiences? Interested in Data and Analytics side
That’s correct, it is good to understand from the tech perspective how they evaluated and candidate and how process is like
They have a huge PPT deck on their culture available via the Googlez. Memorize it. The interview I did was 2-phases. 1st was with their HR and talent acquisition folks and was quizzed on their value deck. If you pass then the next phase was technical and speaking with management. If you don’t agree or do not fit their culture they will know immediately and you will not make it to the 2nd round.
What sort of quiz? Do they expect us to share experiences aligned to their principles like amazon?
That’s part of it. Lots of situational and “Have you ever had this happen where a manager...and what did you do...” type questions.
Thanks, what kind of tech questions were asked. I heard they don’t ask leetcode at all?
OP, can you share your experience?
Where do they ask problem solving questions from?
Does anyone have response for the technical side?
How did the onsite go? Were you able to find some info?
From my experience, even the recruiter and HM interviews are very important.
