Netflix interviews
Is it true that Netflix interviews are the toughest ones? I know they pay pretty well (base salary) but they also have a 10-25% rotation policy - where in they lay off 10-15% almost every and hire the amount.
Rotation policy? Nope. I lead an organization so I would definitely know about such a policy if it were true.
Not true. Interviews are reasonable. There is no rotation policy. I know many who have been here for more than 5 years. You just have to be good at whatever you do
The total turn over rate is between 10 to 15 percent. About half are involuntary.

Cisco shits people ! They acquire a company and fire people ! They fire people and do a aquisition !! Its a cycle !
I thought the interviews were very easy.. leetcode easy/medium.
