Netherlands : Visa Sponsorship during onsite company change

Jun 28, 2019 8 Comments

Hi Folks!

How easy to switch job if you are working in Netherlands from indian consultancy onsite project. (move to Netherlands for client work). In india its 3 month notice period. Does companies in Netherlands will be waiting for 3 months? Should I put paper before visa transfer or should i wait once the visa (HSM) done by new employer.

Please give suggestions.

Why do you post the same question everyday as a new post?

I didn't get any proper response from the people who live at Netherlands and experience same. So i thought to ask again. Is it anything wrong to ask for suggestions.

OP just give 3 months notice and take a sick leave or ask them to fire you. If you stop going to work, either they will fire you or or stop paying you or whatever...you don't care..

You need to prove that you can speak Dutch to obtain permanent residency in the Netherlands.
