Networking with Procurement Executives (Textiles Industry)

Does anyone know the best networks or associations for procurement executives? Either direct associations or Linkedin groups are good for suggestions. My company does mass production of textiles or any form of clothing for that matter. I want to go after whales not regular fish. Any cool ideas? Unique ideas welcome. Like hotel associations where I could network with the person in charge of buying towels or uniforms for that matter. If anyone has any direct connections with this in mind we can make it a win win. Just looking for some out of the box ideas or connections for my first try at this app.
