I would like to know specifically, if I can afford a nice 2bd/2ba with one other roommate in the Seattle/Capital Hill area. any thoughts? should i negotiate more?

There's a saying... "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth." You'll look like a greedy shit if you go back asking for more money. Highly advise against trying to negotiate. Remember, you have ZERO experience.
Is 140k stock for all new hires this year?
no, most got 120, some got 70 I think
