New Grad Offer Eval & Negotiation Advice

Hi all, I finally got new grad L3 offer from Google (GCloud TI) Sunnyvale. 3 prior internships: (Fortune 500, Start-up, Google). State School - B.S. ECE/CS. Base: 109k Bonus: 15% Sign-On/Relocation: (10.5k from relo) Stock: 70k (over 4 yrs) I have an offer from a small company in Portland (TC: 100K). I have on-site for Bloomberg coming next week and 2nd to last round for start-up in Mountain View. 1. Any advice on how to negotiate w/o any current comparable offers? 2. Techniques for increasing sign-on || stock || base w/o comparable competing offer? 3. Is is possible to up TC w/o comparable competing offer? Thank you for all the advice, I really appreciate it.
