New Grad Offer
I’m currently an intern at Capital One and received a returning full time offer. I really like it here so far, but I received an offer from Disney as well. Title, location and comp are similar (roughly $110k TC). What would blind do?

If you like Capital One, then why not go with that. C1 is really trying to brand itself as a tech company so if you are in tech it's a good choice.

I live in McLean, Virginia where Capital One is currently head quartered. Many of my friends from college that interned at Cap and got offers all had offers that started at 85k so 110k sounds solid in comparison (granted this was 3 years ago) but location is important this area is VERY expensive and housing gear can be somewhat compared to NYC. It’s definitely suburbia but rated one of the nicest and safest areas to live in the US so cost of living is very high.
