New H1B changes
Is it good or bad with the new changes in H1B process, are there chances that the system would be spammed by mutiple applications as only it takes now is a ten dollar registration on the other hand you will know early if you are selected for lottery. what are your toughts?

I am not sure if this will dramatically increase the number of applications. Wouldn't the overall cost stay the same?
The cost will stay the same may be overall an extra $10 but if an initial $10 allows you to be in lottery more people would be willing to pay and then pay the usual fee if picked up
If this causes ICC to apply more, the overall rejection rate will be high too. What happens to the quota then? Do the applications that miss the lottery get picked up again?
ICCs and Desi sweatshops are gonna flood the system this year. They are gonna file for every Tom, Dick and Harry. Ultimately this is gonna effect everyone specially those in the Bachelors quota. I am expecting 500k applications this year
