Hi, I am a recent CS grad. Just started as an SE 4 months ago. However, I am preparing to apply for new grad SE roles at other tech companies including: FAANG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Salesforce, and maybe VMware and NVIDIA. I am wondering if Leetcode is all I need to practice to prepare myself for interviews. I have heard friends say that DS & Algo are all that you get asked in the interviews, but since I have started a job recently, I am wondering if that would be true for me too. Do I need to refresh my knowledge on stuff like databases, os and networks? #leetcode #interview #newgrad #softwareengineer
Depends on the role and company. E.g. some system specific role might ask you OS questions
For Amazon, you need the 14 LPs

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Yes, just LC. Likely no system design for your level. You could get asked something on DB schema (I did) but I'd suspect nothing beyond that. Good luck!
