Amazon, Workday, Adobe, Microsoft, Zoom, VMWare, Salesforce, Facebook I have a lot of side-project experience (over 6 iOS apps), with 50,000+ downloads across the board. Some generating revenue. But unfortunately not much work experience (only one internship, and two non-tech jobs). I have applied to internships like a madman. Last summer I got 3 email replies out of 400 applications. I go to a non-target school. I'm not asking for much, these are just my favorite companies I listed - but in all honesty, I'd work as a software engineer for any company in the Bay Area or Seattle. I just really want a job, and am a little surprised how difficult it is to even get an email back (when applying without referrals). If I could get a referral at any company, I would be really grateful. I promise I won't let you down, and I'll always strive to learn and perform above expectations. If @ listed companies, here's my referral link: https://repher.me/r/-LpuFyrlF4eavs_JycUo TC 0 yoe new grad LC 150 (can grind to 200 in a week if need be) Thank you so much.
You get very few calls for summer internships. But they are easy to convert. You will definitely get more calls for full time than internships. It will be difficult to convert though. Keep doing leetcoding and system design.
thanks for the advice, I’ll just keep grinding away! hopefully something hits

Why is FB rejecting new grad applications even after referral?
Probably because they are only looking for people from top schools.

Try triplebyte. They are legit and free for candidates. If you pass their interview, they will hook you up with many companies to go directly onsite.
How are new grads getting signed up for blind? I thought it was only for employees.
Doesnt it work with university emails?
No, it was read only mode for me with a non-company email.
