Dating for Marriage is Hard
As an international student with 3 years of work experience outside US, I would need visa sponsorship from my first company. How do I target these companies? What worked for you? Please add your valuable suggestions!☺️
I have a different experience, I went to get a contract job with companies that sponsor visa like TekSystems and KForce They will take care of you. If you have java experience, you can get a job with them, it’s so easy. But if you want to get a fulltime with the big companies That would be a harder route
DM me please
i randomly applied day and night. Somehow got a job at a startup, now after 1 month I have fortunately reserved interviews with top companies (Amazon, dropbox and bloomberg). Also, remember that beggers cannot be choosers. Getting an interview at FAANG is very hard if you didn't go to top school.
Start ups are less likely to provide visa sponsorship than some tier 1,2,3 companies...Which is obviously the downside...
As I said, beggers cannot be choosers. I went to a very smalle university in Midwest for full tution scholarship. Made my way to sf in a startup and in 4 weeks reserved onsite interviews at above listed companies.
