New grad join microsoft vancouver office question

I interned at microsoft redmond and will join ms vancouver office after graduation due to the visa issue (waiting for h1b). My team is in U.S. but I will work in Vancouver remotely. Are sign on bonus and stock still in USD? Are sign on bonus and stock still the same value as us offer?
