New grad looking for help 😯
I have done 560 LC now, 90% of google med from all time and pushing on to around 40 hard ones (high frequency). I have been working at a new good startup in bay area for a month now. Work is awesome, but pay is not worth it. Can you pleasw gove me a referral to wish, coinbase, amazon, microsoft? I am interviewing for Dropbox and Bloomberg later this week. Also, passed Google's interview, but they finished their headcounts.

Google out of headcount? Is that even a thing? If you pass the HC, that means it’s valid for a year, and you’re just awaiting a team match, work with your recruiter 😒
Recruiter contacted me by saying I did well in the interviews, but they have finished the headcount and wished me good luck in my search.
Okay, that’s a bit unusual for how Google hires. Recruiter send your feedback to a hiring committee if interview feedbacks are good. At Google no single person can make a decision whether to hire a person or not. Given your LC number, it’s pretty clear you’re in for SWE, and the process I explained is pretty much convention for any SWE hire at Google. I’d go back to my recruiter and clarify what exactly happened. Recruiter only rejects a candidate outright if the feedbacks are not worth sending to a HC.
But once google opens their head counts you they will call you back.
