How will it work during the behavioral interview if you do not update your resume? What will you say as your current role and responsibility? Will feel weird to talk about the old role right? And it will show up on background check?

Those are traps that keep you unsettled for a looooong time, unless you really excel at LC and DSA with extreme speed and efficiency, never interview with MAANG, that’s just my opinion
