Niantic Expected Compensation for 15+YrsExp

Hi All,
I am about to get an offer from Niantic. What can I expect... I have 15+Years of BackEnd Engineering Experience. I already have an offer for Senior Staff Software Engineer 200KBase + 20%YearlyBonus+200KStock for 4Year with good company.

What Niantic can offer. Before they throw the offer, I am planning to ask 250KBasePay + 100KJoiningBonus+ 20%YearlyBonus+300KEquity for 4Year?.... Any suggestions.
