Hi All,
I got laid off with my previous company.
I am about to get an offer from Niantic. What can I expect... I have 15+Years of BackEnd Engineering Experience. I already have an offer for Senior Staff Software Engineer 200KBase + 20%YearlyBonus+200KStock for 4Year with a good company.

What Niantic can offer. Before they throw the offer, I am planning to ask 250KBasePay + 100KJoiningBonus+ 20%YearlyBonus+300KEquity for 4Year?.... Any suggestions.

      They've adapted their games in light of covid. Plenty of active players, especially bored ones who no longer have other options - myself included 🙂

      you're right, since niantic is based on Augmented reality (real-world environment walk/find) their user playCount is reduced. But seems still they are making good.
