Curious about quoted hourly rates for contractors at Nike and final gross pay. For example, if I’m told the rate is $100/hr, how much of that goes to whatever contract agency you have to go through? Or is that after the agency’s cut?
Whatever they quote you is what you’ll receive as a contract employee (ETW). Typically, the agency is receiving 15-50% on top of your rate.

If you’re told the rate is $100/hr and you’re an independent contractor, you get the $100/hr. If there’s an employer between you and whoever quoted you the rate, you’d have to ask how much they would take. This varies but they take between 15-20% in my experience.
