I worked there loved it
Hey! Do you still remember the type of pay from Nike? I'm thinking about jumping over hopefully getting senior level.
Nice campus. Good cafeterias. No free food, but some discounts I believe. Really good work life balance. (Beveaton)
Hope you like politics.
Been at Nike HQ for 5 years. There are definitely moments where the politics bog you down, but as the exception rather than the norm, it is never enough to counter all of the great aspects. Career growth, choices, collaboration, leadership's willingness to listen to and trust their people, etc. Looking forward to 5 more!
I work off campus so I can't really comment on the work culture there, but the campus itself is gorgeous - good food (not free or even necessarily cheap though) and great places to walk around throughout the day. There's also (obviously) sports complexes for just about every sport you can imagine, which get used pretty regularly.
Can certainly be intense at times in the marketing function, and there are some selfish people in leadership roles, but worked there three years and loved it. Can’t imagine another company accumulating as much marketing talent as they have — truly a marketing led org.
Overall a cool place to be when new and /or lucky. During my 2nd stint there, found myself becoming aware of bullying and intimidation by male and female management. Reprisal is common when people express dissent. There is no decision making process. Consensus is the rule. Nike Tech is not organized and lacks strategy. It's a rodeo that can also be a shit show. I didn't believe any of this stuff - all found online--until I was exposed to it. Go in with open eyes. If you sense alarm bells. Listen to your gut and relate an exit plan.
i think it really depends on what organization and team you’re on
I'm considering a job there now too and concerned about male culture issues. I've heard this is better now, but I'm concerned.

Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
They do it all the time.
