I'm curious if anyone has any insight into Nike's direction. After the layoffs last year it seems they're on a hiring binge again, but their postings seem all over the map. If anyone has insight into working there post layoffs, I'd be all ears as well.
Nike pays under market because they think the brand is still as great as it once was. If you really want to work there and don’t mind the pay, you’ll be fine. Just don’t go to Nike Tech.
How much does stock make up for that? And why not tech? Something awful going on for the internal folks in favor of the digital lines?
They are in the process of collapsing Digital and IT AFAIK, in favor of Digital.
Does anyone have a handle on typical package for Director level in Digital with 10-15 years experience?
From what I've run into they want an I coming director to have 10-15 years of experience as a director. I know it's not an answer to your question, but FYI.
Thanks Deloitte!

Has morale improved at Meta?
I got some insider info that they’re gearing up to hire like crazy
From a business deal I was a part of
I know they just had some recruiting off site and all of a sudden their page is awash in new positions. Funny enough the Glassdoor salaries are significantly less than what some head hunters are saying they'll pay too which makes me a tad skittish.
