I have a Citibank offer with about a 35% salary increase. I just started my current job 6 months ago. This offer at citi is a bit of a different field than I am in (equity acct management/ in an investment firm) even tho citis offer is higher in salary and position, I am hesitant to leave my current company because I do like the team, boss and the overall work environment even though the work itself is a lot. What would you do if you were in my shoes?#interview #finance #citibank Both roles are Hybrid but my current role is fully remote until March, they keep postponing it now Bc of the new variant while if I accept citi offer I start going In 2x week Also anyone who works at citi bank, how’s the work environment? That is important to me Take the new role with higher salary ? Stay at current company? I need to finally make a decision :/ Current salary - 86k + 7k bonus , 23 total PTO, Medical plan fully paid for by employer (no money taken out of paycheck) Citi - 115k + bonus but they did not indicate the bonus $$ they said it varies, 23 total time off, medical plan, money taken out every pay check depending on medical plan I chose @citibank
Citi’s bonus for non-revenue generating employees is crap (0-7% of base). I actually left Citi and took a base pay cut for much more variable pay (30% increase in TC for me)! Revenue generating can get up to 100% of base. That being said, your offer is pretty solid for AVP.
Not the best offer but easily beats your current job imo. Take Citi
For an AVP at Citi on a Non Rev generating role, that’s pretty solid.
Go to Citi and plan to exit within 1.5-2 years.
Which department at Citi ? That’s a good offer .. please send any other job links from Citi
TC or GTFO
Everybody is VP?
Chase the money
In this case it’s Citi the money
Nice try @c1_2 🙃
Making vp at citi isn't that hard from avp, even for non revenue generating. Good luck!
Tc or gtfo, % increases dont mean anything without context
What do you mean? Also what is TC?
Total compensation smh
