I just got into the "best team at Raytheon". High priority work, challenging tasks, and visibility.
But my pay is 80k.
If I get into Intuit as a TPM, should I leave? The team at Intuit may not be super technical - but it would be a transition into fintech & software..
I don't have an offer yet from Intuit, but it will likely come after 1-2 months after I join this team at Raytheon.

Again, we def aren't top tier in the valley, but it's all relative. Generally, most of the very negative things you'll hear about Intuit are from people who have only worked in tech. They aren't necessarily false claims, but take the magnitude of the complaints with a grain of salt. There are certainly much better respected tech companies, but Intuit is a perfect foot in the door place, and many people (myself included) have managed to find a good longer term path within the company.
They both suck, but Intuit sucks less.
