I feel I am getting burnt out in life in general. Work has little to do with it since I have had a decent wlb so far. Pay is shitty but enough to pay my bills and save a little. I have saved up emergency funds. I work out 2-3 times a week, have friends around who I meet on weekends. But still I feel burnt out and I have no idea why.
My typical routine is - reach office at 10, work 7 hours, gym or Netflix in the evening, some slow progress with leetcode, prep a meal, talk to close friends and family, sleep. Life feels empty, I am demotivated, sluggish, and I can't fathom doing this for the next quarter century.
Looking for advice to fix my life.
