Question to recruiters or others who have an opinion: Do you check people's Linkedin profiles to confirm their resumes? Is it a red flag if a candidate's resume includes things that their Linkedin doesn't?
Example/Context: My resume has about 2-3 organizations that I didn't list in my Linkedin. I removed it from my Linkedin to avoid affiliations with the organization. Worried that a recruiter may find it sketch that my resume includes experience I didn't highlight in my Linkedin - so not sure if I should put it back in my Linkedin.
