No Nest recruiter in Seattle area?

I applied a software engineer position in Seattle office but I cannot find any recruiter based on this area. Do the Bay area recruiters take care of Seattle, too? Just curious anyone would look into my resume since no response for three days. I usually got contacted by recruiters within one or two days. Tagged google since there’s no Nest Labs on the list
