Got a no offer from google today...recruiter told me I cruised through all onsite interviews except the presentation (it's a sales engineer role) and had no other feedback. Said he would try to get feedback from the hiring manager. The presentation was supposed to be 60 min but we got started a full 30 min late and was very rushed. Two of the interviewers had to leave because they had other meetings. It was also at 4pm on a Friday. Not sure how it could have been a fair representation of my skills. Any advice?
There are plenty of companies apart from Ivy League companies. If u have skill, someone will value you
Leave a bad review about interviewers on Glassdoor and move on. If you had a really good contact with any of hiring managers contact him/her through LinkedIn and explain a situation asking for feedback
send reminder 7 days duration in between 2 times if no response, forget about it and move on.
Agree. Move on. 4PM on a Friday, behind 30 mins, and 2 bouncing early = not cool. If it really irks you after taking mateo's advice above, you can always take it 'social' or post on GD writing a shitty albeit truthful candidate experience review.
