Any tips on how to initiate the no-leetcode interview process. Companies - * Figma * Invision * Sketch * Notion * Asana * Airtable * Coinbase Reference: * https://www.teamblind.com/post/No-leetcode-top-offer-550K-WAzdvpp4 TC: $120K
I got LC question at Asana interview a year ago..
Same
My team at Micron had no leetcode
What’s ur interview process like??
Each one of my coworkers had a different style of interview. One guy asked me to write a decoder given the source for an encoder. One asked me to find problems with a C dictionary implementation. One asked me to talk about database principles. One asked me to find a palindrome in C. Nothing too difficult in my opinion.
I don’t agree completely. OP in that thread is a product engineer (think frontend focused full stack engineer). Many companies have different interview tracks for such roles. For backend roles most still ask LC.
Just because someone asked no LC for a senior 10+YOE role doesn't make them no LC companies
Yeah it makes sense to ask LC of BE but all the FE engineers want to see this list. LC for FE makes zero sense.
Figma and Asana both ask leetcode-y questions (Asana has asked me pure leetcode before, Figma tried to give it some real-world application but at its core it was leetcode)
Happened to me too
What kind of leetcode-y questions? Have a loop with them next month so I'm curious? Nike and Facebook, your thoughts?
I dont think this true, here is what coinbase told me " I would recommend going to websites like LeetCode for some additional prep."
More like 💩 compensation list
People like you are the ones who will always wish to ride an IPO rocket but will never have the balls to join a pre-IPO company.
What? Coinbase is on that list. Lmao
