No response after phone screening?

I got a phone screening interview with Dropbox seven days ago. The recruiter emailed me on the next day that the feedback was very positive and would discuss with hiring managers. But no update since then. Probably rejection? If so, really wondering why. I heard that that there will be two phone screenings but rejected from the first one even though the result was positive? The question was very straight forward and cleared all following up questions very fast. Is it possible that hiring managers rejected because they think my resume was not interesting enough?
