Hello, My wife is currently working as Research Scientist in a non-profit organization in Boston area and the company is sponsoring cap-exempt H1B visa. I recently got a job in SF and I’m trying to see what are opportunities for non-profit orgs look like in SF or near by areas. My wife is also looking to switch into Data Analyst roles instead of research oriented roles. i found few companies like Kaiser Permanente, Stanford, Sutter Health, Dignity Health SF, Blue Shield of California. Are there any other companies that we need to look for that can sponsor cap-exempt H1B visas. Can any of the Blind peeps help us to get internal referrals for the Data Analyst roles in these companies? Thanks!

If you think Kaiser is really a nonprofit... Oh boy. (they may well have cap exempt visas, I just righteously resent the notion of Kaiser as any kind of nonprofit)
There is isn't a way to switch from cap-exempt to capped h1b , I means making a switch from non profitable to profitable?
SHC offer sponsorship
