Hi fellow Blind-ers, Been working as a BA at Bed Bath & Beyond around 1.9 years and recently moved to their Product team. I've an interview at Nordstrom for Product Manager soon and I was hoping if I could get some info on the TC I should expect. Also, the work culture if possible. Current TC: 60K. But a getting promoted in a couple weeks, since I've moved to Product. Expecting atleast 70K here. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
For ~2 years of experience as a Product Manager, here's the range: (you could fall under band 16/17 based on your interview) Band 16: 105K - 130K, annual bonus: 10% Band 17: 115K - 140K, annual bonus: 15% 33% Corporate discount at Nordstrom Stores, other benefits as usual. Note that, if you're relocating, Nordstrom covers your expenses. Also, ask for a joining bonus. Usually 10-15% of your base at a minimum. May I ask who is your hiring manager or which BU/Org?
Thank you! So far, I've no idea who's the hiring manager or what's the BU. It's just the recruiter who has reached out to me.
Bro... why does Nordstrom cancel all my online orders ?!?!?!
Make sure you talk about with examples on customer obsession and empathy in your interview. Nordstrom's culture is laser focussed on customer service.
Product Manager 1 salary band is $90k-$125.9k and a 10% bonus
60k is criminal
#FML and this opportunity is now no more😭 The recruiter said they have postponed PM1/PM2 roles to Q3 and are only hiring for senior roles now.
I feel sorry for you OP. DM me for Cloudera referral if you find anything interesting on our career page.
BBBy is the pits
What’s your TC now?
60K. But soon a promotion since I've moved to Product. Expecting atleast 70K.
Wow... my condolences. Hopefully you can crack 100k with Nordstrom.
