I had on-site loop interviews with Nordstrom recently. When talking with hiring manager in the loop interviews, the idea was to get to a decision next day. But, today is the second day after my loop and did not hear from them yet. Should I worry about this? How much time Nordstrom could generally take after a on-site loop?
I think the top reason would be to actually have a life outside 12 hours of work at Amazon 😅
Hey, I interviewed with them 2 days ago. My recruiter mentioned that they'd take 2 weeks to get back to me about the decision. All the best! Let us know if you get the offer
Hey I got the offer
Nice! How long did they take to make a decision after the interview?
Wait for a few days and if they don’t get back, then reach out to them. Sometimes they can get busy and not have time to discuss. What’s with so many Amazon people interviewing at Nordstrom? 😂
Any idea what's TC range for L19 (Senior EM role) ?
140k to 210k is the range for base salary, along with 30% bonus. I’m guessing you’ll get 170k base + 30%. Good luck! Let us know what happens
