Currently at Netflix as an EM and I'm currently going through the interview loop (applying only for EM or senior EM Roles). Most of my prior job switches has been referrals or through people I worked with
My resume has my college name with no graduation date. None of the recruiters seem to ask if I got a degree. Should I remove it from the resume altogether? Will a company cancel an offer if they find out during a background check?
I am by no means trying to tell any of the places I'm applying that I got a degree. Just not sure if not having one, takes me out of consideration at certain companies?
