Recently got the green light for fully remote at 10% pay cut.
Should I move to SF with my friend group and rent a 2bd or stay in the Midwest and buy a nice house with the expectation of staying for 10+ years?
I have no problem with my area in the mid west. The main reason to move would be to stay connected with friends.
What would you do.
