What are your thoughts on Nutanix in terms of growth and WLB? Would you recommend Nutanix for new grads? Who are Nutanix’s biggest competitors? Does Nutanix provide the same services as VMware? tc: 0
Work-life balance as every company depends on the team. Yes VM where is a direct competitor, they are the incumbent. I do recommend 10 x fun place to work

That’s true. People who joined after IPO are absolute useless people who think they are going to make more money with NTNX stocks 😅.
WLB is super easy, never even look at emails outside of the building. Pay on the other hand is good, but it’s been getting worse for new people. As a new grad you should not care unless you got FANG offers
