Nvidia Target Bonus
I recently got an offer from nVidia as system software engineer. The recruiter says there is a target bonus of 20%. Seems higher than other offers. Is it common to get full bonus?
No annual bonus at Nvidia afaik.
What level,base, stock you got and how many years of experience you have?
Zero bonus and no 401k and of course long hours and free dinner after 8

Years ago there was no 401k match. Now it is $6k match per year. There are no bonuses at the IC4 level. Only RSU and ESPP.
There is no annual bonus. Perhaps they were referring to something else?
