For me, it was 190 for rating FC, role IC4
190 RSUs over 4 years. FC = Fully Contributing. Level above is TC = TOP Contributor.
Is this 190 units or 190k worth?
What is FC, are all these in rsus or thousands of dollars, and anyone have numbers for ic5 and ic6?
RSUs grants aren’t great at Nvidia, these are all in units and refer to the last focal in October where the grant price was around 180. From what I’ve seen, the grants almost double as you go up each level

What, even IC5 top contributors get only 350 unit share, that translate to 84k, almost nothing compare to Apple or major SW company, I thought they pay really well
