Broadcom refresher is actually insane. I assume you will be hired as ICB5, the refresher at that pay band is ~200k a year.
Nvidia is highly speculative and volatile stock.
It's mostly stable with good stream of diversed product line BUs
Nvidia otoh is the last pure high tech company in the valley. Yes they are having serious culture war issues internally but at least you will work on stuff people care about.
Bonus for ICB5 is 30% and will increase upto 60% depending on company, BU and ur individual performance ( if u get rank 1).
For TC, Broadcom is better than any HW companies including FAANG
