Hi Blind fam,
I recently received an offer from door dash and walmart for strategy & operations role. First time negotiating with these kind of companies.
Offered low base salary ($160k) and no sign on bonus. Recruiter asked me to provide justification for $ sign on bonus + base salary raise.
I am very nervous and was wondering what points can I use as my justification
Please guide

What team in Walmart? Ex Walmart here
Assuming you got around 120k/4 in RSU, it’s a good package.
What's the base like for non tech managers at the L4 - L6 levels? I keep seeing job postings for stuff in new verticals
160k base for an ops role isn’t too out of the ordinary, but of course it depends on the level
