Under Armour or Stellantis

Hey guys, I’m in the final rounds of interviews at both Stellantis (mid level 93 band level) and Under Armour (Lead level). Both positions are business functions and not engineering or tech.

I have 5 yrs experience in the auto industry and also an MBA

What can I expect the salary ranges from both companies? Which company is better to work for?
