Financial illiterate here. I ve been putting some money in 401K since the past 2 years and never bothered to see how it is invested. I checked today and it is 100% VIVLX. Is that considered high risk aggressive growth? What I wanted to ask is, should I move my 401K to something else? Bonds? I dont even know how to do it. Just asking if it is a good idea right now or is it gonna be one of those “sell low, buy high” situations if I did that. I have Fidelity.

IIRC these are fund of funds so they have diversification built in with the target to optimize your 2055 retirement goal.
(Not financial advice just observation from someone who uses a target fund too).
